Note that the informant for this death certificate was Mrs. Ollie Corman (Mary Jane Winkle-Corman). Mary Jane was the granddaughter of Angeline Warner and was born approximately 30-40 years after the death of Angeline's parents and at the time of Angeline's death, Mary Jane would have been reporting on the names of her great grandparents who died 60-70 years earlier.
