James Schimka - Affidavit for issuing new naturalization paper in lieu of one lost or destroyed.
On 23 January 1923 James Schimka Sr requested a new copy of his naturalization application forms and stated on an affidavit for this purpose that the original copies, "were destroyed by children, efforts to find same having been made by searching through all personal affects and household but unable to locate same."
