A map of the most inhabited part of Virginia containing the whole province of Maryland with part of Pensilvania, New Jersey and North Carolina.

This map drawn by Joshua Fry and Peter Jefferson in 1751 was amended prior to or after printing to include more recent places such as, "Fort Necessity taken 1754." A distance chart was added by "J. Dalrymple, London Jany. ye. 1st. 1755." Peter Jefferson was the father of Thomas Jefferson, future President of the United States of America.
