Henry & Isom were twins. Both born in Letcher Co. moved t o Line Forkwhere Henry met Patsy Campbell, the daughter of William and Eliza beth (Cornett) Campbell. Henry and Patsy moved to the Right Hand Fork whe n they firstmarried. They first settled at the mouth of Young's branch,which wa s then called Little Wooton Fork. Around 1860 they moved down the road a shor t distance,where they raised their family at what is called the Henry Combs place . Their house still stands at this time (the writting of this book) in 1993 I d on't know if it does now though. Writer states 1 room at that time was older the n the \Civil War. During the Civil War soldiers came through and took all the ir food,poured out their corn and fed it to their horses.
